  1. Eligibility

    • Vendors must comply with applicable laws in their country when offering services or products.
  1. Services Provided

BitLily is a multivendor e-commerce platform that allows users to:

  • Create digital stores.
  • Buy and sell digital services/products.
  • Make and receive payments strictly in cryptocurrency.
  • Use BitLily APIs for payment integration.

We do not act as a bank, financial institution, or escrow service.

  1. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Use BitLily only for lawful purposes.
  • Be fully responsible for your account activity.
  • Secure your account login credentials and wallet information.

You must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities.
  • Use BitLily for money laundering, scams, or prohibited transactions.
  • Interfere with platform security or other users’ experience.
  1. Vendor Policies

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Listing accurate product/service details.
  • Delivering services as described.
  • Setting and managing their own pricing.
  • Handling refunds and customer disputes in compliance with their store policies.

BitLily reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that violate these terms.

  1. Payments & Transactions
  • All payments on BitLily are conducted in cryptocurrency only.
  • Transaction records are permanently stored on the blockchain.
  • BitLily does not store your private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive wallet credentials.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring wallet addresses and payment details are correct before confirming transactions.

⚠️ Note: Crypto transactions are irreversible. BitLily is not liable for losses caused by user mistakes or unauthorized transactions.

  1. Fees
  • BitLily may charge service or transaction fees, clearly displayed before checkout.
  • Fees may change over time, and updates will be communicated on the platform.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All BitLily trademarks, branding, and platform content are owned by Neuma Digital Services Ltd.
  • Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant BitLily a non-exclusive license to display and promote it on the platform.
  1. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
  • BitLily provides services on an “as is”and “as available”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our services.
  • BitLily is not responsible for losses resulting from:
  • User errors in wallet addresses or transactions.
  • Vendor failure to deliver products/services.
  • Hacks, breaches, or third-party actions beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitLily shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages.

  1. Account Termination

BitLily reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service.
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Compromise platform security or integrity.

Users may also close their accounts at any time.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

BitLily may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for BitLily

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the BitLily platform. By using BitLily, you agree to comply with this policy. Any violation may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

1. General Principles

BitLily is a crypto-only multivendor marketplace designed for the sale of legitimate digital products and services. We expect all users to act lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully while using our services.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use BitLily to engage in any of the following:

a) Illegal or Fraudulent Activity

  • Selling or promoting illegal products, services, or activities.
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or funding unlawful organizations.
  • Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or get-rich-quick scams.

b) Restricted Products & Services

The following are strictly prohibited on BitLily:

  • Drugs, controlled substances, or related paraphernalia.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or military-grade equipment.
  • Counterfeit goods, stolen items, or pirated digital content.
  • Adult or pornographic content involving exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual material.
  • Gambling or betting services (unless explicitly permitted by law and BitLily).
  • Malware, ransomware, hacking tools, or unauthorized software.

c) Abusive Behavior

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
  • Spamming, phishing, or spreading malicious links.
  • Impersonating BitLily staff, vendors, or other users.

d) Security Violations

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Disrupting or interfering with platform operations.
  • Using automated bots, scrapers, or tools to overload BitLily’s systems.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors on BitLily must:

  • Provide accurate descriptions of their products or services.
  • Deliver goods and services as promised.
  • Comply with applicable tax, licensing, and business laws.
  • Not mislead customers or manipulate reviews.

4. Cryptocurrency Use

  • All transactions on BitLily must be conducted in approved cryptocurrencies.
  • Users are responsible for double-checking wallet addresses before making payments.
  • Attempting to defraud users through crypto scams will result in immediate suspension and potential reporting to authorities.

5. Enforcement

BitLily reserves the right to:

  • Investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
  • Remove content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.
  • Report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
